Blueberry Mint Smoothie

Blueberry Mint Smoothie in glass cup with straw

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice (or water)
  • 1 cup water (more if not using orange juice)
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, mix until smooth. Pour into your favourite glass.
