Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup frozen blackberries
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Unsweetened coconut for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with unsweetened coconut and berries if desired.
Try some other variations of this recipe:
- Add in other berries as preferred or in season.
- Substitute juice or coconut milk for water.
- Omit maple syrup.
