Blueberry Mint Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup fresh orange juice (or water)
- 1 cup water (more if not using orange juice)
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to blender, mix until smooth. Pour into your favourite glass.
