Ginger Turmeric Tea

A perfect, anti-inflammatory tea for the winter months.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh turmeric

Instructions:

  1. Bring to a boil. Turn off and drink hot or cold.
