Holy Crap™
This is a raw vegan energy breakfast that helps give you a great start to the day!
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup chia
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp buckwheat kernels
- 1 tbsp dried apple cubes
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Your choice of milk
Instructions:
- Mix 2 tbsp of the Holy Crap™ with almond milk, rice milk or whatever milk you would like and leave overnight. The next morning, you can add fresh fruit of your choice.
