Holy Crap Breakfast Cereal with two apples

This is a raw vegan energy breakfast that helps give you a great start to the day!


  • ¼ cup chia
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat kernels
  • 1 tbsp dried apple cubes
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Your choice of milk


  1. Mix 2 tbsp of the Holy Crap™ with almond milk, rice milk or whatever milk you would like and leave overnight. The next morning, you can add fresh fruit of your choice.
